Meet Permanent Makeup Artist
Pierre Ly

Art is a talent with which one is born, not a craft for which one trains

My name is Pierre Ly, I am the founder and owner of Perfecting Touch Ltd. The makeup application I provide combines my drawing and painting artistic talent with my specialization in the art of Micropigmentation. The professional treatment provided by our clinics will make you feel beautiful and confident.
Since its launch in 1998, Perfecting Touch is leading the way by anticipating trends, embracing fresh ideas and keeping pace with our daily modern lifestyle. Our strong reputation has made us one of the most reliable and sought after sources for permanent makeup services. Thousands of people just like you have already adopted Perfecting Touch because they trust our professional competence and talent.

Perfecting Touch’s proven success is derived from my remarkable natural talent in drawing and painting. Growing up with the hobby of creating art crafts, i’d decided to take my gifted talent to the next level with Permanent Cosmetics service in 1998. I hold strongly to the importance of quality work, a commitment to excellence, and high-integrity practices. I believe these are fundamental to earning and keeping the trust of my clients and to enjoy long-term success.

I’m honored by the opportunities my clients have given me to serve them and I’m enthusiastic about the challenges ahead. I am dedicated to giving you the most flattering and highest quality permanent makeup application. Whether you’re not totally satisfied with your look or you want to improve your eyebrows, eyeliners, lips or scars permanently, Perfecting Touch is definitely here to help you.

Our values

“It is not just about making you look better; it’s about finding that inner beauty to give you the confidence in order to reach your full potential”.

My main objective is to help people to achieve their dreams of becoming more attractive returning to them what nature or genetics by design has taken.

My vision is to continue to provide all the services by which I have gained my clients’ trust and established my sound reputation. I approach my work as a masterful painter and my client are the canvas on which I paint. I listen to my clients’ needs and have the insight and expertise to create the right make-up palette complimentary to them.

Each and every one of us is unique and different and no one person has the same facial shapes and /or structures even our pigmentation is very different from one person to the next. I will continue my efforts to offer best-in-class treatments, meeting my clients’ needs and desires.

A very important part of my personality and character is that I truly care about my clients and their immense satisfaction that I receive when for the first time they look at the procedure they have requested and become overwhelmed with excitement and increased confidence.

The business that I started in 1998 has always been and still remains the root to the foundation of why I love the job. I am HELPING PEOPLE. Money is never a major factor for me. Yes it can be a financially rewarding business in time, but you have to work extremely hard at building your client base and even more so gaining and maintaining the trust of your clients. Therefore for me it is so important that I love the work I do everyday! And at the end of each day I can feel a sense of pride and honor that I have helped so many people. This is just one of the main reasons I remain dedicated to this business. New and existing clients are so very important to me and you will never be treated like just another number when you walk through our doors coming into “Perfecting Touch”. You will always be greeted in a friendly manner and made to feel as if you’re becoming part of a family. I look forward to meeting you and I hope that my personally written bio will provide you the insight of the kind of business proprietor that I am but more importantly the kind of person YOU would like to meet!

Microblading is a tool manufactured with a micro size blade tip, which leaves a thin realistic hair stroke when applied to the eyebrow area. This tool is used only for eyebrows Feathering Hair strokes simulation. The blade tip is especially designed to assist in providing an even greater illusion of a natural growing eyebrow hair. When combining a series of micro line strokes, called (The Feathering Touch Technique) the completed results are unbelievably amazing! Nouveau Contour Digital 700

The Nouveau Contour Digital 700 is an innovative and highly effective makeup device. It is controlled by a sophisticated and accurate Intel microprocessor which assures a stable needle frequency. This is the most efficient device available on the market, with far more advantages than the traditional analogue devices. With the common traditional devices, the needle frequency will drip when penetrating a more resistant type of skin. Due to the unstable needle frequencies, the distance between the pigment “dots” will vary, resulting in inconsistent lines and poor color retention.

With the Nouveau Contour, during resistance fluctuations of the skin, the microprocessor will adjust the needle’s frequency accordingly. This ingenious solution enables the technician to maintain consistent quality, perfect pigment placement, and therefore a better color retention.

Reciprocating Coil Machine

On this device, the needle is connected to a metal rod that alternately strikes the end of one or two magnetic coils about 75 times a second. Very much like the traditional tattoo machine, but designed for permanent makeup applications; the speed and the intensity will be reduced according to the comfort of each patient.

Although these machines are not particularly esthetic, they have a certain “retro” charm: all the components are visible. They are heavier to handle, but they are more powerful than rotary or manual pens. This feature ensures that the end results are far more even and straight.

The machines are powered by direct current, through a fairly large transformer and/or power supply. While they are much noisier, they are solid and sturdy. And since the components are exposed to the air, they cool much faster, enabling uninterrupted performance and perfect color implantation in the skin.
