My name is Pierre Ly, I am the founder and owner of Perfecting Touch Ltd. The makeup application I provide combines my drawing and painting artistic talent with my specialization in the art of Micropigmentation. I approach my work as a masterful painter and my client are the canvas on which I paint. Each and every one of us is unique and different and no one person has the same facial shapes and /or structures even our pigmentation is very different from one person to the next. I will continue my efforts to offer best-in-class treatments, meeting my clients’ needs and desires.

The business that I started in 1998 has always been and still remains the root to the foundation of why I love the job. I am HELPING PEOPLE. Money is never a major factor for me. Yes it can be a financially rewarding business in time, but you have to work extremely hard at building your client base and even more so gaining and maintaining the trust of your clients. Therefore for me it is so important that I love the work I do everyday! And at the end of each day I can feel a sense of pride and honor that I have helped so many people. This is just one of the main reasons I remain dedicated to this business. Microblading

Microblading is a tool manufactured with a micro size blade tip, which leaves a thin realistic hair stroke when applied to the eyebrow area. This tool is used only for eyebrows Feathering Hair strokes simulation. The blade tip is especially designed to assist in providing an even greater illusion of a natural growing eyebrow hair. When combining a series of micro line strokes, called (The Feathering Touch Technique) the completed results are unbelievably amazing! You will be astonished at how your eyebrows appear to be so very realistic, compared to before the procedure was done. Nouveau Contour Digital 700

The Nouveau Contour Digital 700 is an innovative and highly effective makeup device. It is controlled by a sophisticated and accurate Intel microprocessor which assures a stable needle frequency. This is the most efficient device available on the market, with far more advantages than the traditional analogue devices. With the common traditional devices, the needle frequency will drip when penetrating a more resistant type of skin. Due to the unstable needle frequencies, the distance between the pigment “dots” will vary, resulting in inconsistent lines and poor color retention.

With the Nouveau Contour, during resistance fluctuations of the skin, the microprocessor will adjust the needle’s frequency accordingly. This ingenious solution enables the technician to maintain consistent quality, perfect pigment placement, and therefore a better color retention.

Reciprocating Coil Machine

On this device, the needle is connected to a metal rod that alternately strikes the end of one or two magnetic coils about 75 times a second. Very much like the traditional tattoo machine, but designed for permanent makeup applications; the speed and the intensity will be reduced according to the comfort of each patient.

Although these machines are not particularly esthetic, they have a certain “retro” charm: all the components are visible. They are heavier to handle, but they are more powerful than rotary or manual pens. This feature ensures that the end results are far more even and straight.

The machines are powered by direct current, through a fairly large transformer and/or power supply. While they are much noisier, they are solid and sturdy. And since the components are exposed to the air, they cool much faster, enabling uninterrupted performance and perfect color implantation in the skin.
