We always appreciate our clients businesss and trust and our goal is to exceed our clients' expectations at every opportunity. We often conduct customer research on how we can improve our services and really value our clients' input and we routinely implement requested features or changes.

1- How did you find me?

We found you while searching online for permanent make-up clinics in the GTA.

2- How do you like my website?

Your website was very professional in appearance. The videos and pictures (along with our consultation) made us feel confident about your credentials and secure in your capabilities.

3- How would you compare me with my competitors?

You were welcoming but professional. During our consultation you allowed my mother and I to browse through books which detailed your work and offered to do a "test spot" for us. You seemed extremely committed to your work and your business hours were very accommodating. In comparison to your competitors, you were able to offer more visual materials that affirmed the quality of your work, your prices were competitive, your hours more flexible and your website more professional.

4- How easy was it to make an appointment?

Very easy. Your flexible business hours were a crucial factor in our choosing your services.

5- How did you like your visit at Perfecting Touch?

6- How did you find my salon's hygiene and look?

Your salon appears organized, neat and clean, but it is also comfortable and inviting.

7- How did you like the artist you met?

As previously mentioned, we found you to be very friendly and professional. You seem very skilled in your trade and committed to your clients.

8- How satisfied are you with the procedure(s)?

Extremely satisfied. Both my mother and I couldn't be happier. Although getting our eyebrows done was cosmetic in nature, the outcome has been very positive and life changing for us both.

9- How did you find my customer service?

Very good. You confirmed appointments and made sure things were going fine following the procedure. You were also very nice to my sister who came along for moral support/ to observe.

10- How likely would you refer me to your family and friends?

We both would be extremely happy to refer your services to family, friends and acquaintances!

11- Do you have any suggestions for improvement?
